Clyde's obituary
Mr. Gable is survived by his wife of 68 years, Ruth Burdette Gable, sons Phillip Gable (JoLane), David Gable (Bettye), Steve Gable (Lenora), daughter Debra Gable (Paulette). Survived by his sisters, Gloria Walton (Bill), Betty Tinney (Frank), and brother-in-law, Bob Burdette. Survived by 12 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Clyde is preceded in death by his parents Marcus Roland Gable and Mattie Suddeth Gable, his son, Mark Gable and Grandson, Wesley Gable, his sister, Margaret Gable, brothers B. Willis Gable and Clint Gable.
Memorial Service on Monday November 19th, 2018 at 2 p.m. at W.E. Lusain Funeral Home in Birmingham, AL
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Greater Birmingham Humane society.
