Cloteal Carter, 98, of Longview, TX passed away to live with her Heavenly Father on June 26, 2023.
Cloteal was born December 29, 1924 in Rusk County to the parentage of John and Elena Beckworth. She grew up in Mayflower, TX where she attended local schools and Smith Chapel Church.
She was a cook where she exhibited her talents at Marcham Hospital for years, then later worked for Good Shepherd Medical Center from which she …
