Clive Lloyd Downs a.k.a., “Shango” was born on the 13th of January 1969 to Beverly and Ken Downs in a small town by the name of Burton upon Trent in England. He attended the Firs Estate Primary School and then went on to Bemrose Secondary School. Shango lived in three different counties over his lifetime, the UK, Jamaica, and the United States.
