Clinton Allen Potter, 63, passed on January 16 2023. He was born to Ray Potter and Marry potter on September 12, 1960.
He married Cindy Butcher and they lived together in Billings, Montana. Together they raised 3 children Amanda Louise Potter (Gary Harper), Dawn Nicole Negathon (Matt Negathon ), David Ransom Morris (Laura Morris).
