Clinton Aldouphs Latney Jr., 54 of White Plains, MD passed away on April 21, 2020 peacefully in his sleep. Clinton was born in Norfolk Virginia December 22, 1966. He graduated from Carolin High School class of 85 then would go on to do a brief stent in the Air Fore then went on to work security for 20 plus years, he loved to protect & serve people and his community! He enjoyed, drawing, fixing things …
