I worked with Clinton at a number of transit agencies over the past 10-15 years. Initially, with Jacksonville Transit Authority (JTA), we served as the analytic support for Clinton's leadership in an initiative to improve JTA's service quality. Clinton provided consistent and effective leadership in ultimately achieving the service improvement objective. I provided a highly positive reference for Clinton when Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) called when considering his employment as a senior executive. When Clinton took the CEO position at West Palm, we had numerous meetings to discuss approaches to improving PalmTran service quality. Over the years, I found Clinton to be highly focused in his commitment to improving transit. His approach was always positive and served as motivation for all with whom he interacted. Over the years, I have directed many of our users to learn Clinton's approaches/methods at addressing transit issues. I found working with Clinton to be a truly enjoyable experience. Clinton was a true transit professional.
