It was his wish to be cremated and taken to the place where he first felt like he could be himself; Clifton Otis Armstrong, Jr. was cremated on October 25, 2023, in Springfield, IL. He will be taken to Miami Beach, Flordia, and for a water burial in the Atlantic Ocean in a private ceremony in accordance with his wishes at a future nondisclosed date.
