Cleveland's obituary

Cleveland Windell Gilbert, 50, born in Evansville, IN passed away on August 23, 2021 from a heart attack.

Cleveland was born on August 25, 1970 to Sharon Gilbert and William Charles Gilbert. After graduating high school he went on to join the Navy. He served his country well!

Cleveland was a family man. He went to most if not all school events, from field trips to sports games. He would do anything for his family. He was a father figure to a lot of children. He cared so much that he would willing give his shirt off his back to someone in need. There are many more words that can describe who Cleveland was. However, I'll end with saying he was a joy to be around!

He leaves behind a wife, Arlene, and six children (Shyla, Caylleigha, Cleveland, Caidell, Cordyell, & Culliestya). As well as sisters Damita Thompson and Nicole Woods.
