Cletus was always ready for adventure and his stories of those events were even more fun! In high school, he created fun throughout all of our FFA activities.  We usually got away with pranks thanks to Cletus' winning competitions-- its hard to correct the champ!! Thankfully he focused his creativity into metal art for everyone to enjoy. I miss you, but will remember you with a smile Cletus!
Cletus is a part of most of my memories as a kid.. I’ll never forget how he taught me to dirt bike, took me sledding behind his 4 wheeler in the winter or all the sleepovers he endured from Katie and I! I’m so sorry to hear of your passing! You’ll be so missed!

Clete was a great guy! I asked him to the tolo and we double dated with Jim Rasmussen and a friend of mine. Had a great time, such a gentleman. Always very friendly and I am proud to call him a friend. He will be greatly missed see you down the road clete, build some more of that great art!

Sad to hear this. Such a kind gentle man. Many memories of EHS class of 72 and so fun to visit at our recent 50 year reunion.

Cletus was like a father to me. Taught me a lot but most of all... who I wanted to be in life. Goes without saying.... but I'm gonna miss you!

A very skilled and humble man. I have many fond memories of our high school antics together.

 God Speed my friend.
