Clement's obituary

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Clement "Clem" Rumber on March 22, 2023. Born on September 13, 1946, Clem was a beloved husband, father, and friend who touched the lives of all who knew him. Despite also being known as Clem, he preferred to be called Clement.

Clement is survived by his loving wife, Annie Rumber, and their devoted son, Artel Rumber. Together, they shared countless memories and supported each other through life's ups and downs.

After a distinguished career in the US Army, Clement retired in 1987. His dedication, hard work, and courage were admired by his colleagues and served as an inspiration to those around him. He carried those values into his personal life, making a lasting impact on the lives of his family and friends.

Clement had a passion for music, with his favorite song being "People Get Ready." He also enjoyed cheering on his favorite sports team, the Redskins. A man who loved the outdoors, Clement's favorite activity was fishing on his boat in the bayou. His down-to-earth personality made him a joy to be around and a shining example for all.

As we remember and celebrate the life of Clement Rumber, let us honor him by embracing the values he held dear and cherishing the time we had with him. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
