Jeannie and family, far too many memories of great times with Clayton. He knew how to make you feel welcomed and heard. His warmth and humor helped to make tough times bearable. He preached at my ordination, "Not to be paid back, but to be passed on." It served as a motto for me in many years of ministry. I'll miss you brother and cherish to time we spent together.

Clayton gave some of the best most memorable sermons at St Peters -- really an outstanding academic leader. He was an incredible peacemaker. So sad to hear of his passing at relatively young age - may he rest in peace.
