Clay's obituary

Clay R. Watson of Harmony, Maine, born August 3, 1958 passed away surrounded by loved ones on  October 11, 2022 following a brief illness. 

Clay graduated from Dexter Regional High School and went on to work for Dexter Shoe for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt.

In 1982 Clay married the love of his life, Judy M. Lawler and together they welcomed son Brandon in 1984.

Clay was predeceased by his parents, Richard A. Watson and Lenora I. (Chadbourne) Watson,  Brother-in-law, Robert Lawler, and nephew, Eric McCarthy.

Clay is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Judy M. (Lawler) Watson, son, Brandon M. Watson and wife Crystal, Grandson Ethan J. Watson, Sister Carol J. Watson, Brother Eric C. Watson and wife Stacey, Mother-in-law Henrietta Krueger and husband Hans, Sister-in-law Gail McCarthy, Brothers-in-law David Lawler and fiance Kat, James Bradley and husband Mitch, and Bruce Bradley and wife Tracy, nephew John McCarthy and wife Jennifer, nieces Abby Bradley, Jennifer Bradley and Kelsey Watson. He is also survived by many cousins and aunts Rosemarie Chadbourne and Hazel Chadbourne.

A graveside gathering will be held at a later date.
