Claudia's obituary
She was born on November 20 1925 in Colon Panama to the late Maria and Andrew Wilson and she was the fourth of five children. Both of Claudia parents was born in the Caribbean but came to Panama because their father was working on the on the Panama Canal and eventually Andrew worked on the canal but he died in a accident at the canal in 1930 and that affected his children and his wife. Claudia was raised catholic but when she moved in America she converted to the Episcopalian faith and later her family joined the faith . In 1954 she married her long time boyfriend Adam S. Hudson 111 he was from Trinidad and he came to Panama to work on the Canal and they had four children together two born in Panama one born in Trinidad and one born in America . Then in 1957 Adam wanted him and his wife and children to move to Trinidad with him and so in 1958 they moved and Claudia mother joined them in 1959 so she could help them with the children and in 1961 they had a another child but in 1962 Claudia and Adam moved to America to make a life their so they took their one year old daughter but left their two children in Trinidad with Claudia and in 1963 they had a another daughter and a three months later they sent for their children and her mother. Then in 1972 Claudia mother died of cancer and a year later her brother Samuel died of blood cancer and in 1983 her older twin sister Rose died of a car accident and fifteen years later in 1998 her beloved Adam died and three years later her younger sister Martha died in 2001 and a year later her daughter in laws died in 2002 . Claudia died of Hart failure at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn New York on November 19 2015 four hours before her 90ith birthday. Claudia is survived by her beloved husband the late Adam J. Hudson; son Leroy G. Hudson (Diana) of Woodmere Long island New York, Gary T. Hudson of Brooklyn New York, daughter Constance J. Hudson Brown (John) of Rosedale Queens New York, Evan K, Hudson Pierre (Peter) of Valley Stream Long Island New York; 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren; a hot of relatives, nieces and nephews and friends. viewing will began at 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm following the funeral from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday January first at St. Philip's Episcopal /Anglican Church Brooklyn NY then the next day she will be lie to rest from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at The Evergreens Cemetery.
