Claudia Marie Robinson was born on December 10, 1925 to George and Rosetta Fisher in Panama City, Panama. She had two older siblings the late Ida Garcia, the late John Fisher and one younger sister Maria Johnson. Claudia was married to the late Andrew J. Robinson on October 20, 1954. From this union, four children were born: Gary, Andrew, Yvonne and Mary.
