Claudia Maxine Hutchins, age 77, of Deltona, Florida, passed away on February 13, 2026 at Halifax Hospice in Orange City, Florida. Born February 6, 1949 in Fairmont, MN, Claudia was the oldest of 2 of Robert Conklin Sr and Maxine Conklin. Her father worked in the FAA which caused them to moved around, where she lived in California, North Carolina, Arizona and settled in Anchorage, Alaska where she graduated high school.
