Clarence Walter Weiss, 88, passed away February 7, 2020, in Atlanta. Born July 22, 1931, on the family farm in Cimarron, Kansas, the son of Carl and Anna (Lobmeyer) Weiss, Walt was the fourth of nine children. He had an independent spirit growing up but was always eager to help around the house, sharing the money he earned from his paper route so his siblings could go to the matinee.
