Claire Clements was born in Bronxville, New York. Her father was Alexander Brown and mother was Yvette Bloom and she had a sister, Sandra North.
As a child, Claire went to a Westchester County Art Center every Saturday morning, riding the train and picking up other class members along the way. In high school, Claire was a cheerleader. She was admitted to Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburg and studied art and art education. She dated …
