It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cindy Lou (Mulac) McLaughlin (August 25, 2020), 58 of Connellsville, PA. Cindy Lou was born Halloween Day of 1961. She was raised in Vanderbilt, PA on a farm. If you knew Cindy, you knew she loved horses.
