I'm so sorry for your loss! I worked with Novy in the Navy at HSL45 Wolfpack in Coronado, CA. She was an absolute beautiful person & delight to be around. She made friends easily & was good at her job.

"Fair winds & following seas shipmate". Rest in peace.

Cicely will be so deeply missed by everyone at her Granite House home. She had such an amazing personality and sense of humor. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to know her and the friendship that we formed. The Novy family are in our thoughts and hearts.

Thinking of you and your family as you celebrate the life of your beloved Cicely. I remember so many happy times in both Minnesota and here in Georgia. I hope your happy memories give you peace and comfort as you celebrate her life. And to commemorate her Naval service I’d like to say, “Fair winds and following seas, Rest in Peace Sailor!”
