My condolences to Cicely's family. I first met Cicely when we were teenagers in Spanish class, we became friends fast, I invited you to a fun night with some of our friends and we went to more after. I always privately thought of you as someone I could be proud to know. I was proud of every move you made and wished we had more time together.

I met cicely in San Diego at my first command in the navy. I was having a really hard time adjusting to being around so many loud, rude men. Then one day a ray of light appeared, Novy. I remember how beautiful I thought she was, and how surprised I was that her personality matched. She was always so nice to me, always offering to help, always defending me. For the years that I knew her after that, she never changed. Such a kind soul, and badass chick. I am so sorry for what happened to you cicely. I am happy to know you are finally at peace. I hope to see you again one day 🤙🏼

No word can describe what Im feeling. Anger, heart-ache, sadness :(. Me and Cicely first met in Mr. Cane’s math class in 3rd grade with Mai and Annika at Tutle Elementary… To find out about Cicely’s passing 2 days ago 😭.
I don't think this page says why/how she passed away.
Cicely, you were one of the best people I’ve ever met. I’m so fortunate I got to know you and share in so many memories.  Love ya, buddy.
I had the privilege to know Cicely these last few years while she was living at Granite House.  Her strength of spirit and her sassy personality showed through even during this challenging stage of her beautiful life.  It was a joy to be in her presence on a daily basis.  She is deeply missed.  May you all find comfort in the treasured memories you shared with her.   {{{{{HUGS}}}}}
I met Cicely for the first time when she was about 12 yrs old. Jen had brought her to work on a Saturday.   She was so sweet and smart I knew she would do great things in her life.  By reading what she accomplished in the Navy, I was right.  She grew into a beautiful woman. Her smile and personality was so bright and wonderful.    I will always have wonderful memories of you.
Cic was more than just a friend she was like a sister. I met her through the navy in San Diego and we quickly became good friends. It was ALWAYS her, myself, Kam, and Josh doing something. Though we all went our separate ways for work we all will stay close in our hearts. She would light up a room with her smile and was always there to listen tk the nonsense we had going on. A true friend a sister! To u Cic we love u, we will miss u,  now u and Kam wait on Josh and I and we will all mee again! Til the hall!
