Christopher Suard, aged 64, passed away on April 24, 2023, after a long battle with cancer. He was born on February 24, 1959 and adopted by Marie Fifield and Alan Suard. Christopher spent decades working in construction, building many beautiful homes throughout his career before retiring to Kauai. He was also an accomplished singer and guitarist, performing with many music groups throughout his life in Kauai and internationally.

Christopher will be remembered for his kind and generous spirit, as well as his passion for music. He was preceded in death by his mother Marie Fifield, his mother Julia Wimmler, and his brother Brian Suard. He is survived by his ten children: Christopher Jr., Heather, Michael, Susanna, Melissa, Amanda, Sarah, Samuel, Gloria, and Danielle; his granddaughter, Elliana; his partner, Schuyler Griffin; and his sisters, Gail Galligan and Sallie Galligan.

A celebration of Christopher’s life will be held on Saturday, April 29th, at 5216 Kihei Rd in Kapaa, Hawaii. Christopher will be missed by many, but his music and his kind and generous spirit will continue to inspire and touch the lives of those who knew him.
