It is with the deepest sorrow and respect that we announce the passing of Mr. Christopher "Chris" Spinks Sr. Chris, as known by many, but always preferring Christopher, was born in the year of 1967 and departed from this life on December 31, 2004.

Christopher was a remarkable man, known best for his comedic personality that could lighten even the cloudiest of days. His love for life was unmatched, as evident by his diverse interests - from the energetic music of The Beastie Boys to the strategic games of the Pittsburgh Steelers and The Angels baseball team. He was a man who loved the outdoors, whether it was practicing his golf swing, surfing the waves at Newport Beach, or simply enjoying a good swim.

Christopher's artistic flair shone through his love for drawing. He was always eager to teach others his skills, especially in skateboarding. However, his greatest accomplishment - the one he wore with the most pride - was becoming a father to his son, Christopher Kidd. Life was never dull when Christopher was around, whether he was cracking a joke, having a heartfelt conversation with his mother or enthusiastically cheering on his favorite sports teams.

His tender heart, joyous spirit, and teachings of prioritizing family will serve as a lasting legacy, a tribute to a life well-lived. Christopher taught us all that family comes first and made sure that this value was deeply ingrained in anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Christopher leaves behind a family who adored him, including his dear mother, Linda Spinks, his father, Don Spinks, his loving sister, Elizabeth Scott, and his nephew, Joey Spinks. These individuals, in the midst of their grief, are comforted by the memories they shared and lessons learned from Christopher.

Above all, Christopher was a man who was loved and will be truly remembered forever. His memory will always serve as a beacon of laughter, love, and family unity. The void left by his passing is immense, but we take solace in knowing that his spirit and teachings will continue to live on in each of us.
