Chris (carrot) Riggins (39) Passed today June 21, 2021. Chris is the son of Mary Riggins and Steven Riggins. He is remembered today by his longtime friend Russell Modica and his dog Russ. Chrises favorite pastime was as we would say all things F fishing, farming, and Fu**ing. He also enjoyed drag racing as a pastime.
