Christopher is survived by his loving husband and best friend, Tom Michael Eaton; Dennis Holland Meeks (father); Rachel Katherine Meeks (daughter) and her mother, Mary Trammel, all of Atlanta Georgia. Christopher is also survived by Regina Thompson (sister) and her two children Emily Stokes and Matthew Harmon; Yvonne Rhoades (sister), her husband Lee, and their children Sarah Rhoades-Kershwell, Eli, Daniel, and Hannah Rhoades; Tracey Corley (sister), her husband, Ryan and their children, Katelyn and Alyssa Corley, and Brett Ferris; Craig Meeks (brother); Randall Meeks (brother); Trevor Meeks (brother); 5 nephews and one great niece.
Christopher was born on September 2, 1963 in Paoli Oklahoma. He served as a member of the Army National Guard from 1988 until 1999. In 1995, Christopher graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Human Relations. Most recently, Christopher was employed with Delta Dental as a member of the supervisory team for the Customer Relations, Call Center.
Christopher was a selfless, great big ball of bright, possessing a smile that lit a room. With a passionate heart, he cared deeply about the world and those within it. Christopher was many things: a son, brother, husband, father, uncle, friend, and lover of animals. Most importantly, he will, forever and always, remain woven into the hearts of all who knew him.
Family and friends will gather at Crossfit Terminus, 1046 Memorial Drive, SE, Atlanta Georgia on January 26, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. for a celebration of life reception.
