Hey Brother. I've been feeling some kind of way these last couple of days. The Holidays have come and gone, we are into another year 2022. Last year 2021 was the hardest, but we've come through, nothing much has changed, but I've just been thinking about your laughter, your jokes, you going to the outdoor concerts and carrying your trombone everywhere you went, the way you liked Vietnamese food (hot soups). The way you were so carefree with life. I loved that about you! So many changes have happened in the world today, and I'm being selfish, I wish you were here to laugh about those people lol! I know you're in Heaven with your daughters, brother Pierre, and Dad, and all those who have gone before. You and Daddy are probably playing your horn and him his piano all day, everyday! I miss you Chris, Rest Easy in Heaven, I Love You!

Hello Brother, (1 year ago today, God called you HOME). I think of you often, and a talk to you daily, and sometimes when I am quiet and truly listening, I can hear you laughing out loud at some joke you were telling me. However, as Trish does, and as I do more often than not, I had my own listening party that lasted 2 days, with a lot of 70s, 80s and 90s music, one in particular, the O'jays, "Stairway to Heaven", a little Parliament Funkadelic, "How we need the Funk", Kool and the Gang (Celebration), and Sly and the Family Stone (Thank you for letting me be myself) . I was just singing loud and off key, but mimicking you. I know you are okay in Heaven, and playing your Trombone up there with all the bands you loved so much, say Hello to Daddy, Bigmama, Uncle George, Jittaun, Kristine, our baby Brother Pierre and all of those who've gone before you! I miss you, I Love you and NEVER LET THE MUSIC STOP! God Loves you and So do I!

Happy Easter Chris, I was strolling back down memory lane in my mind, and thinking about me, you and Jr, in our finest, going to church at New Light Baptist Church, how we used to have to go downstairs to children's church, and afterwards, we'd have lunch with all the kids, then go back upstairs and squirm in our seats while Daddy, Ms. Ross and Julius would play the piano and organ and direct the choir. We'd all end up at Aunt Sang's and Uncle Williams house, sometimes at Uncle Robert's and Aunt Tina's house for that big Easter Dinner. Those were the days! I miss you brother, I Love you!
