Chris's obituary

Christopher William Follett, 56, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, passed away on December 20th after a hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer. Chris spent his adult life working as a mechanic, a construction worker, a video machine technician, and a computer programmer across several states. In his time as a computer programmer, he contributed with the Department of Public Works effort to bring back the red-cockaded woodpecker, a species that was near extinction. He was a devoted husband, loving father, respected coach, hard worker, and the funniest friend you could ever have.

Chris was predeceased by his parents, William and Mary. He is survived by his wife, Sandra, their five children Gabrielle (Gabby), Christopher Ryan, Maximillian (Max) and his wife, Brittany, Thomas, and Daniel, his aunt, Pat Rogers, and his siblings Danielle and William, and Danielle’s husband, daughter, and grandchildren. No service will be held in accordance with Chris’s wishes. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to water.org.
