Christopher John Dennis, known as "Haze," passed away unexpectedly in April 2025 at the age of 40 in Westbrook, Maine. Born on September 3, 1984, in Troy, New York,

Chris will be remembered for his kind heart and infectious smile that lit up every room. A true "Crowd Pleaser," he was a performer at rap nights throughout Maine and New Hampshire.

Chris had a deep passion for music, art, and spirituality. He was always ready to lend a hand in his community, and his love for life brought joy to many, creating countless cherished memories.

Christopher is survived by his children: Xavion & Natylei Roussel-Dennis, Savanah Roberge-Dennis, and Camille Geores, as well as his cherished dogs, Divine & Maddox.

He is also survived by his mother, Mary Lafond “Bloomfield,” and her husband, Leo Lafond; siblings: Cassandra, Casara, Cierra Bloomfield, Shashownah Grimes-Dennis, Davon, Ashima Kasha, Javonney, Valanda, & Lauriella Dennis, Josh & Justin Lafond; and his aunt Sharon and her husband, Robert Willett, as well as several other family members.

Christopher was predeceased by his grandmother, Ann Bloomfield; father, Roger Dennis; uncle, Steven Bloomfield; & cousin, Robert Willett.

A celebration of life will be held in Portland, Maine May 23, 2025 at the Rose Garden at Deeing oaks Park for family and friends to share memories and honor his legacy.

There will also be a celebration of life in New York the date is to be determined
