Cody's obituary
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Christopher "Cody" Williams, who journeyed to the other side on the 9th of October, 2024. Cody, better known by those who loved him, was born on February 25, 1983, and lived a life full of warm love, joy, and memorable moments.
Cody is survived by his wife, Kendra Williams, their treasured son, Oliver Williams, his mother, Teresa Williams, and his loving sisters, Annette (Timm) Williams, Andrea (Norman) Graham, and Autumn (Chris) Guyer. And a great host of family and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Chris Williams, whose memory remains cherished in our hearts.
Renowned for a personality bigger than life itself, Cody's energy and spirit were contagious. His zest for life spilled over into his eclectic tastes and interests. As a food lover, his culinary adventures were as diverse as his taste in literature and music. He loved to read and was always expanding his knowledge base, his intellectual pursuits were often accompanied by the harmonious rhythms of classical and jazz music.
While he treasured the tranquil beauty of nature and outer space, mirrored in his favorite TV shows. However, his quality time was best spent at home, the place he loved most, with his wife and son. The picturesque mountains were his go-to vacation spot, a place where his favorite activities of walking and hiking took a delightful conversion into memorable moments with Kendra and Oliver.
Cody’s greatest accomplishments, as he would often remind everyone, were his wife and son. His love for them outnumbered the stars in the sky.
As we mourn the loss of a vibrant soul, we also celebrate a life well-lived. Cody's memory lives on in the hearts of those who loved him and knew him. May his journey on the other side be as remarkable as his journey here. He will be dearly missed and forever loved.
