I am saddened by the unexpected passing of a dear friend whom I met during our time at Ultimate Electronics. Cody was a remarkable leader, very funny at times and appreciated good food. Cody was full of life and had so much ahead of him. He was respected and loved among his peers. My condolences and heartfelt sympathy to his family. May his soul rest in perfect peace.

I was fortunate to have had SO many amazing memories with Cody. He was one of my best friends for so many years especially in High school/college. Even though it had been a while since we'd spoken I still considered him like family. We had some really fun and funny times. One funny memory is definitely driving around in his car in college and the horn didn't work so he would yell "HONK!!" Out the window. It was the funniest thing. Cody was the greatest friend anyone could ever wish for and he would do absolutely anything for anyone. I hope he is remembered for this. He was so loved and I hope he is at peace now. I wish I could give him a huge hug. I definitely miss a good Cody hug. So much love to the Williams family.

I remember the first time I met Cody. There was something different about him. He was hard working, passionate, a God man, and all about family.

One time, he and Kendra hosted us at their home and I had the opportunity to hear some of Cody's background/testimony/ story, for the first time. He became like a brother that night. I am so thankful for our friendship. We texted each other often and had multiple phone conversations.

I love you, Cody, and we miss you. :)
