It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Christopher "Chris" Hogan on March 16, 2024. Born on July 19, 1984, Chris was well known in his community and made many friendships throughout his life. 

Known to friends and family as Christopher, but preferring to be addressed as Chris. Despite his untimely passing, his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

Christopher is survived by his beloved son, Chase Hogan-Fean, who was truly his pride and joy. His sister, April Bailey (née Hogan) remains to continue his legacy, along with his nephews, Brandon and Cory Works, who were dear to him.

He joins in eternal rest his father, Lee Hogan, his mother, Cynthia Hogan, his sister, Chevelle Tyler-Works, and his grandparents, Dolly and Patrick Hogan, who predeceased him.

Chris was a lover of food and old school hip-hop.  His love for music was unparalleled, with Wu-Tang, Nas, Tupac, Jay-Z, and Biggie on heavy rotation. Among his favorite movies were classics such as Scarface, The Godfather, and Dead Presidents. He was a lover of the shore and his preferred vacation spots were Wildwood and Atlantic City, where he spent childhood memories with family and friends.

As we mourn the loss of Christopher, we also celebrate his life and the joy he brought into ours. His memory will forever be etched in our hearts and his spirit will continue to inspire us every day.
