Christopher's obituary

Christopher Scott Acuff

October 14, 1972- October 12, 2024

Christopher Scott Acuff, 51, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed to his heavenly home on October 12, 2024. Scott is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Criss Acuff and Sharon Louan Hefley Acuff; grandparents, James Carl and Naomi Ruth Smith Hefley and Johnson William “JW” and Vivian Lorene Cantrell Acuff.

Scott is survived by his wife, Jennifer Acuff; daughter, Victoria Crabtree and husband, Jeremy of Alaska; 4 step children: Summer, Capri, Michael, and Joseph; 2 grandkids: Kassandra and Austin; one sister, Christy Suzanne Acuff Vidos; 4 nieces: Brittany, Kristen, Mary, and Leslie.

Scott attended Bergman schools then moved into the workforce. He found comfort in talking to people and enjoyed a career in sales. Scott worked in Fayetteville and Springdale before moving back to Harrison. Scott was a care-giver to his father and strong-hold as a brother and uncle.

Throughout his life, Scott embodied kindness, generosity, and strength, always there for those he loved with a steady presence. He found passion and fulfillment in loving and supporting his family. The people in his life—his family, friends, and community—is what truly mattered to him. He never met a stranger and enjoyed talking and visiting with those that crossed his path.

Scott’s legacy is one of love, kindness, and generosity and will not be forgotten by those who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at Harrison Faith Church on Saturday, November 2, at 10:00 am. Burial will take place at White Oak Cemetery in Bergman, AR. In lieu of flowers please donate to Scott’s Memorial Fund, https://everloved.com/life-of…, to help fulfill his simple, yet abundant, final wishes and arrangements.
