Dear family of Christine,

I am so saddened to hear of Christine’s passing. I had the privilege of being her piano teacher and friend these past couple years.  I enjoyed seeing her every Tuesday and we had a lot of fun. She was my sister in Christ and I will miss her laugh, her encouragement, her inspiration and company so much.

My prayers are with the family and friends of Christine.  I know she now rests in the arms of our Savior Jesus the Christ. She loved the Lord. Christine served the Lord. You will be missed. I loved your feistiness.  

May the Lord comfort all who mourn. Forever in our hearts.

I was so sorry to hear about Christine's passing. She was such a loving, kind and gentle person. Always willing to give her all to anything that she was apart of at any given time. Will never hesitate to give, help or support. She will be greatly missed.

I have such WONDERFUL MEMORIES of Mrs. Scott. She was a wonderful friend and teacher at Beethoven School. She always had a Beautiful Smile and words of Encouragement.

Church Resolution of Respect for Sister Christine Scott

We, the members of True Vine Church of God in Christ, would like the family to know that our hearts and prayers are with you as we gather to bid a Christian farewell to Sister Christine Scott.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that we embrace the family because we all have a common bond that connects us. We will endeavor to continue the demonstration of our love for you.

To the family, we know your loss is deep and your sorrow is great, but we want you to know that we share in your sorrow, but more importantly, we recognize that this loss is heaven’s gain. When it is all over, we would like you to remember:
