Christine Scott, 86, of Homewood, Illinois, passed away on November 7, 2023.

Christine Scott was born on February 27, 1937 (the fifth child of eleven siblings) to Levi Lewis Sr. and Olley Lewis (both deceased) in Proctor, Arkansas. Christine attended Gobler Elementary School in Gobler, Missouri, and graduated from Central High School in Hayti, Missouri. During her high school years, she sold Jet magazines. Shortly afterward, Christine journeyed to Chicago, attended Kennedy King College, and …
