Our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to Christine Lindsey Rabarsky, who passed away on June 6th, 2023 in Glendale, Az. She was born on December 16th, 1948 in Rochester, N.Y. to Ruth & Chester Connelly. Christine was a nurse, having graduated from St. Elizabeth's College of Nursing.

Christine was a humble and grateful woman who had great respect for all of creation. She found joy in the simple things in life, such as sewing, crocheting, and reading. She was a master of her craft, and her creations were a testimony to her talent. Christine loved her family deeply, and her children were blessed to have her as their mother. Christine made sure they experienced the beauty and wonder of the natural world through summer camps, family trips, and boy/girls scouts. Her daughter-in-law and son-in-law cherished her as their own and were fortunate to be part of her family. She was also a loving grandmother, her grandchildren were the light of her life. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and creating memories that would last a lifetime.

Christine is survived by her loving children, William "Bill" (Alicia) Rosecrants of Utica, N.Y., Gerald (Rachel) Newport of Rochester, N.Y., Leanna (Emmett) Keefe of Clayton, N.C., Jacob Connelly-Newport of Apache Jct, Az, along with her cherished grandchildren Nathan, Annabella, Mariah, Noah, Aubrelle, Markus, Theodor, Marylin, and Jack. She is also survived by her sister's Melissa (Robert) Mayer and Pamela (Kipp) Connelly, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many beloved friends.

Christine will always be remembered for her stubbornness, kindness, love, and devotion to her family and friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Though we mourn her loss, we take comfort in knowing that she is with her Creator. Rest in peace, Christine. You will be missed but never forgotten.
