Background
Centrica Care Navigators - Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan was the team that helped care for my mom towards the end of her year and a half long battle. I can not express in words just how wonderful our Nurse(s) were, and everyone we spoke to or dealt with in her final days. I am forever grateful that we had a team that showed her so much love, kindness and care for comfortability in her final moments. Please consider donating to this cause in honor of my wonderful mother, Christine Sue Olson-Linihan.
