Christine's obituary
Christine Louise Foltz, age 77, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2026, in Burnsville, Minnesota. She was born on July 23, 1948, in Mishawaka, Indiana, to Paul and Virginia Foltz.
Christine spent the early part of her life in Indiana, where she was raised and began building her family. In 1980, she moved to Minnesota with her family, where she would spend the rest of her life creating a home centered on faith, love, and togetherness.
A devoted Christian, Christine’s faith was a guiding force throughout her life. She earned a degree in psychology and, while she held various jobs over the years, her true calling was as a homemaker, mother, and grandmother. Her greatest pride and purpose was always her family.
Christine was also a provider in every sense of the word. She worked wherever and however she could to make sure her children had what they needed—whether that meant selling Avon or Mary Kay, Tupperware, babysitting, or cleaning homes. She made sure there was food on the table, clothes on their backs, and opportunities for her children to participate in sports and activities. Through this, she taught her family the value of hard work and hustle.
She will be remembered for her brutal honesty, her occasional goofy sense of humor, and her ability to say exactly what was on her mind. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially a trip to Dairy Queen, and had a way of making people smile, even when she was keeping them on their toes.
Christine deeply loved and was deeply loved. She found true happiness with Pete, her partner and best friend. After his passing, it was clear to those who knew her how much of her heart went with him. It brings comfort to her family to know they are now reunited, together again, and at peace.
She is survived by her loving children: Stacey Balogh (Dan), Adam Mull (Melissa), and Aubrey Mull; her cherished grandchildren, Steven, Kerry, Shane, Jared, Nathan, Lucas, Kirsten, and Axl; and her great-grandchildren, Landon and Lilah. She is also survived by her brothers, Gene and Mark.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Virginia Foltz, her daughter, Kelly Mull, and her beloved Pete.
Christine’s legacy is one of deep faith, unwavering honesty, resilience, and a fierce love for her family. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
