It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Christina Cooper, who left us peacefully on August 18, 2025. Born on April 12, 1961, Christina lived a life marked by an unwavering spirit of kindness, compassion, and love. Her welcoming personality and open heart left an indelible mark on all those fortunate enough to cross her path.

Christina was a beacon of bubbly affection, extending her love to every person she met. She had an extraordinary ability to make anyone feel like family, and she was the embodiment of unconditional love. The lessons she imparted, most notably her belief in loving all people, regardless of their faults, was a testament to her profound empathy and compassion.

In addition to being a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Christina was also an exceptional teacher. Her family was her greatest achievement and the love she instilled within them is a testament to her successes. Those who knew Christina were blessed to learn from her, grow with her, and to be loved by her.

Christina is survived by her husband James Cooper, whom she shared a lifetime of love and companionship with; her daughters Amy Sanders P. and Gina Lamb, who were a testament to her nurturing spirit; her son, Michael Sanders, who will carry her wisdom and compassion forward; and her grandchild, Jalonn Sanders, who was the light of her life.

There are no words to fully encapsulate the impact Christina had on those around her. Her legacy will always be remembered through her loving heart and the love she imparted to all. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure to know and love her.
