Christie Bennett, 47, of Independence, MO passed away  on June 09, 2022. Christie grew up in Saint Joseph Missouri in her early childhood. Then in Independence Missouri for the remainder of her life.  She worked at Center Point Hospital  for 20 plus years and enjoyed concerts and her hard rock music.  Christie will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Christie was predeceased in death  by her father Ronnie Rowlett in 2010.  She is survived by her mother Linda Rowlett, brother Steven Rowlett and son Dalton Bennett,  all of Independence Missouri. 

A limb has fallen from the family tree that says grieve not for me. Remember the BEST TIMES, the laughter, the song , the good life I lived while I was strong.

Visitation will be Saturday June 18th, 2022 at 11am. Services will follow at 12pm at Funeral Services of Independence 602 West 23rd Street Independence Missouri 64055. Interment at Swan Lake Memorial park 30000 East Valor Drive  Grain Valley , Missouri 64029. Then back to Funeral Services of Independence for a gathering with family and friends.  Food and drinks will be provided.
