Chris's obituary
Christian "Chris" Kelley, 54, of Elmore, AL, passed away on April 10, 2022 after a courageous battle with heart disease.
Chris was born on June 7, 1967 to Jon Kelley and Susan Kelley in Kansas City, Missouri.
Chris spent most of his life in Kansas City, Missouri, but after his junior year he moved to Alabama due to his father’s deployment. After graduating from Lee High School in 1985 he went on to study at AUM in Montgomery. Chris was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of all of his children, and always tried his best to support them.
Chris was also a passionate artist and designer who created all different pieces of art. He also was the biggest Auburn fan you could ever meet. Anyone who knew Chris knew that he was the most loving father and friend a family could ask for.
He is survived by his children; Tori, Malisah, Coleman; Brother, Cory Scott; Sister, Tina Williams (Brad), and his nieces and nephews.
Chris was predeceased by his father, Jon Kelley; Mother; Susan Kelley.
The family has set up a memorial Facebook page where details of a future memorial service will be published when the time comes. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the American Heart Association.
