Phat is survived by his wife Lanh Hoang and Mother, Father, Brothers, and Sister. Services will be held from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Monday, August 9, 2021, at MacNabb Funeral Home, 301 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228.
