I can't think of a single act of kindness because kindness was just an operating system for Chris. I worked with Chris for many years at Measurement, Inc. I don't remember him being anything but kind and patient. He was unflappable; sometimes he would be a team leader for me and then, as the years went by, he would be my supervisor. I could be very "flappable" but Chris was the voice of reason and that smile we see in the photos was genuine and always forthcoming. The world can ill afford to lose such a man.

We are devastated to hear of Chris's passing. I am very fortunate to work with him. Chris was my boss and a mentor and I truly cherish the interactions we have had. Chris was a very kind hearted and caring person. Our prayers and thoughts are with Lisa and Chris 's family.

I consider myself very blessed to have worked with Chris for just a few short years. He brought true value to my life. He worked with integrity. He did his best to be fair and just. He didn't seem to hold grudges. I saw him as someone I wanted to emulate. He was patient, funny, brilliant, & gracious. Chris was a "gentle giant" kind of leader. Chris had the ability to meet people where they were in life & he seemed to have reasonable expectation of what others were capable of at that moment in time. What a wonderful quality for any person to have! He was able to find the balance between perspective and reasonable expectations for his clients, friends, & coworkers. Most people seem to make situations worse, but not Chris... he made extremely difficult situations tolerable. I am blessed because I had the opportunity to know him.

Thank you, Chris, for being You!

Your Facebook post was a cold slap in the face. So sorry for your loss. I loved having you guys as customers. He was too, too young. Take care.

I was so sorry to hear about Chris's passing. He was such a loving and caring person.
Josh and I were shocked and heartbroken by the news of Chris's passing. He was a lovely, caring person whom we feel fortunate to have known as a co-worker and more importantly, as a person. Our hearts are with Lisa and Chris 's family.
My mom (Sharon) and I were devastated to hear of Chris's passing. We had the pleasure of building years of fond memories while working with Chris and Lisa at MI. Our hearts are broken for your family.
