Christopher Robert Higgins, 51, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away peacefully on April 24 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on October 3,1973, in Edina, Minnesota, Chris lived a life full of creativity, kindness, and deep devotion to his family, friends, and work.

Chris was many things—an imaginative visual artist, a passionate cook, an unforgettable host, a loyal friend, and above all, a loving husband and father. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Maggart …

A private ceremony will be held on May 31st. A celebration for our Lassiter High School community will be held on June 28th. An event for television and film industry colleagues will be held on June 1st. Separate invitations to these events will be emailed soon!
