We bought our first home in Orland from Chris and Rick and she welcomed me into her babysitting coop with open arms. She was a wonderful, outgoing woman who spoke her mind. I have so much respect for her. We had a lot of really fun times together with and without the kids. Rick, Dave and I are so sorry about her passing so soon. I’m sure you and your boys are so heartbroken. Please know that Chris will always be remembered fondly as a good friend. Love Laurie & Dave Bendell
Rick My first wife died at 56. It's hard, but harder on the kids. You have my deepest sympathy.

Rick and Family,
So sorry to hear about the passing of Chris. Although I did not know her well it is obvious that she was a wonderful person and mother. My heart felt condolences to all of you. I know it is tough right now but she would want all of you to persevere and live your life the best you can.
Sincerely,
Bob Lilley

Our deepest sympathy and love to Chris's family. She will be truly missed.
Our deepest condolences on the loss of your beloved wife and mother. We know she will be deeply missed by so many friends and family.
My deepest condolences - I’m so sad to hear this news. Chris and I always swapped stories about our boys - she was so thoughtful and kind and she loved her family fiercely. She will be so missed.
