It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Chloe, a cherished mother, daughter, sister, and friend, who left us too soon at the age of 24, Chloe passed away unexpectedly on June 12, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and inspiration.

Born on June 09, 2000, Chloe brought joy and warmth to everyone she met. Her radiant smile and compassionate spirit touched the lives of many. A dedicated mother, Chloe adored her children, Sharon (1) and David (6mo), who were the light of her life. She embraced motherhood with unwavering love and devotion, always prioritizing her children’s happiness and well-being.

Chloe was known for her creativity, gentle nature, and boundless generosity. She had a talent for making everyone feel special and loved, and her home was a sanctuary of warmth and welcome. Her friends and family will forever remember her infectious laughter, her caring heart, and her ability to find beauty in the simplest of moments.

She is survived by her beloved children, Sharon  and David; Husband Samuel, her parents, Johnathan and Sam; her sisters, Nicky, Chantal; and her brothers, Timothy ,  Matthew. Chloe also leaves behind countless friends and extended family members who will miss her dearly.

A celebration of Chloe’s life will be held on June ,16, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Samuel and Chloe’s home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St Jude’s 

Chloe's spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her. May she rest in peace, forever remembered and forever loved.
