chloe, 23, of New York City, NY passed away suddenly after an accident involving undisclosed reasons . Her family is shocked and deeply saddened by her loss.

chloe was born on April 01, 1999. She was a bright and kind individual.

chloe also dedicated time towards her rescue.. truly had a bleeding heart.   Anyone who knew chloe, knew that she was loyal, selfless and driven.She had an immense passion and was always a source of positivity especially when those felt down in spirits.
