Today, our family honors the life of our beloved Chichi, who was so much more than a dog—she was a daughter, a soulmate, and the heartbeat of our home.

Chichi’s story with us began early one morning before Labor Day, when she chose to follow us home and never looked back. From that moment on, she was our shadow. She was a neighborhood star, a girl who would "pose" for pictures and videos while everyone stopped to marvel at her. She didn't need a leash to stay close; her loyalty was her bond, and she never left our side.

We will forever miss her one-of-a-kind face, especially her signature "stroke" smile with her lips hanging to the left. She was a quiet soul who barely ever barked—saving her voice only for the moment she heard her favorite person at the door. Whether we were fighting to bring her into a store or just sitting together at home, she was our constant partner.

On this Palm Sunday, our hearts are heavy, and even the cat feels the silence she left behind. Chichi, you weren't just a pet; you were a gift who found us when we needed you most. We will carry your memory in every step we take.
