Chester Williams was born February 23, 1935, and made his transition November 10, 2020. His parents Eugene and Oneal Williams, and brother Rudolph from Madison Arkansas, preceded his passing. The Williams family had moved to Toledo, Ohio when Chester was very young.
In his adolescence he attended Libbey High School and was on the basketball team.
As a young man Chester was a hard worker. His employment included General Mills, Toledo Scales, and Grace Cafeteria.

Chester is being laid to rest at Inglewood Cemetery Mausoleum Thursday November 19, 2020 Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, it is limited to the immediate family only, however Febuary 2021, we will have a Celebration/Memorial in his honor.
