Every week at our BSF small group time Cheryl was encouraging by what she shared from our lesson. She always had a sweet spirit & you would never know she had cancer. I loved going to lunch with her after BSF also. That’s when I really got to know her & was inspired by her life. I thank the Lord for her friendship.

My precious sister brought so much color to my life equal to her gorgeous wardrobe. Adventure and fun would be knit into my life from the day I met her. Her zeal to live and her relentless fight to be with her family extended years to her life I am so very grateful for because that blessing of time was just so critical to her and everyday she had with her family so deeply, deeply valued. How grateful my heart that God would bless my life with some of that precious time! My sweet sister not only shared her ever-growing faith in Jesus, but her love for fellowship, shopping good deals, arts, crafts, "colorful" Bible studying techniques, fun eats, enthusiastically teaching me to finally learn how to sew and even humored my dragging her into Quilting 101 - which she was right, it wasn't as easy as we were told! She taught me so much! I cherish our fun and joy-filled memories and will gratefully pay Jesus' investing opportunity for Cheryl's time into my life forward. Just maybe not the Weight Watchers, though. I didn't enjoy that high adventure so much, but I did love her sweet tooth and our "math" genius that got us around that pesky point system! I love her so much and will miss her terribly until that day we get to play and praise together in the sweet presence of Jesus!

Mike, I heart is breaking for all of you. Cheryl has always been one of God’s exceptional children! Beautiful, loving, kind, caring, fun, giving and extremely talented. I remember when the twins turned 7 years old. She was so proud of your beautiful family. She still is. Keep her positive attitude, her beliefs and her strength.

Cheryl was in my BSF group and also in our small group at church. She had a generous spirit and loaned me her waffle mattress at Women’s Retreat, so that I could sleep. :)
I never forgot that.

I admired her deep faith in God no matter what trial she faced. She was always beautiful, put together, and ready for lunch with our BSF crew. She will be greatly missed by so many. I’m thankful that I got to know her, and I know that we will meet again someday. Love and blessings to you sweet friend!
