Cheryl Yvonne Keller (Kienel), 59, passed away on February 12, 2025, in Dallas, Georgia. Born on January 7, 1966, in Los Angeles, California, Cheryl lived a life enriched by family, passions, and the simple joys that brought her happiness.

Cheryl’s life was filled with passions that brought her joy and fulfillment. Music was a constant presence, offering both comfort and inspiration throughout her life. She found peace in the outdoors, often taking long hikes that deepened her connection with nature. A devoted reader, she could frequently be found immersed in a good book. Cheryl also had a love for cooking, especially when preparing meals for family gatherings—moments that brought her great happiness. And no day was complete without her favorite refreshment—Diet Pepsi.

Cheryl is survived by her husband, Kevin Keller; daughters Kristi Dame (Matthew Dame) and Stephanie Bianchi (Brian Bianchi); and cherished grandchildren Michael Eckenroth, Wyatt Dame, and Kaitlynn Dame. She is also remembered by her sisters Lynn Kienel (Zoila Hernandez) and Angela Toth (Michael Toth), as well as niece Traci Kienel and nephews Brian Marchand and Mark Crawford. Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, James Arthur Kienel and Valentina Kienel (Harrie).

A memorial service will be held on March 3, 2025, at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, located at 140 US Hwy 70 W in Havelock, North Carolina. The service will begin at 12:00 PM and conclude at 1:00 PM. Seating will be limited.
