Cheryl's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Cheryl Devlin, on July 9th, 2024. Cheryl was born on June 25, 1957, and lived a full life, filled with laughter, love, and her trademark stubbornness.
Cheryl leaves behind a family who cherished her deeply. She is survived by her Daughter, Stephanie Devlin Stephens, her Son-in-law, William Stephens, and her four beloved grandchildren; Zachary, Alyssa, Alivia, and Zayn Stephens. Each of them will miss her endearing humor, caring nature, and her big heart, which ensured that everyone around her felt loved.
Cheryl held a deep appreciation for Italian Food and was rarely seen without her favorite snack, chips. Tea cooler was her beverage of choice, enjoyed best while watching her favorite TV Show, Reba. She found great joy in the simple pleasures of life, often found reading or crocheting in her spare time. Cheryl's favorite color was the sunny and cheerful yellow, which mirrored her very personality. Her fond memories of vacations in Wildwood, NJ, will always be remembered by her family.
Cheryl's tenacity and fighting spirit were unyielding, right up till the end. In honor of this spirit, and in lieu of flowers, funds are being raised for the American Cancer Society. Donations can be made at this URL: https://everloved.com/life-of….
Cheryl's life was a testament to her strength, humanity, and love. Her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone she interacted with as well as those she has touched but never met. We forever honor and celebrate her remarkable life. Rest in peace, Cheryl. You will be sorely missed.
